The Frozen Lakes

I've just came back from a 6 day track to 7 frozen lakes which placed at 4650 meters somewhere on the mountains and I have a lot to tell.

It all start on a long ride on a local bus with a goat and chickens on the top of the bus, now, don't feel sorry too much for them cause it turns out that the best seats are on the roof and at the moment we got out of Kathmandu we went to make them company.

Also turns out that the driver is blind on his right eye so he can't see the near side of the bus, the distant side he can't see anyway and that way he does not afraid from the cliffs which are all the way.

After one day of hiking I fired my porter and continue carry my own backpack.
on the 2nd and 3rd day it start snowing and it was quite great hiking though it was cold.
In retrospect, since hight of 3000 meters till we started to go down I had altitude sickness, I had all the symptoms, headache, fatigue and most important lost of appetite (good to the figure).

Anyway although we've been told the frozen lakes are not really frozen this time of year, 2 of the 7 were, and with the background of the snowing mountains you can hardly beat such view.

I'm back now at Kathmandu resting until...
